Note: If the delivery has been despatched already, it is impossible to cancel the order.

  1. How do I know shoptnetsol.com has received my order?

Our ordering system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order was successfully submitted. Please make certain that the email address you provide is correct. Upon processing, we will send you an additional email message confirming your order with applicable taxes and shipping charges calculated, and a shipping order number for your records.

 

  1. Can I pick up the products I ordered instead of having it delivered?

Absolutely. You can always pick up the items personally from our sales office, adjacent Data Link University, Community 10, Tema.

  1. Can I call to check on my order?

Absolutely. You can always contact our customer service to check on your orders and help you the necessary information you may require. You can call or WhatsApp or mail to stores@netsolghana.com.

  1. How long does it take to deliver items after they have been ordered?

Delivery time varies based on the goods that you are ordering, your location, payment option and the delivery option you choose. However, we guarantee to deliver all orders between 2 and 5 days from placing your order.

  1. How can I make an order?

Browse through the products and make your selections by clicking on the preferred item (s).  Click on the “add to cart” button. An information dialog is displayed on top of the product. Click on “view cart”. Click to “proceed to checkout” to place order by filling out the necessary form details.  Upon placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email stating the details of the placed order.

  1. What are the modes of payment?

There are several modes of payment on this platform. You can deposit into an account, you can also use mobile money payment system and you can also pay on delivery. Kindly check out the various payment options under the “Payment Options”.
