Return Merchandise Policy

Items purchased on shop.netsolghana.com can be returned for replacement with an item of the same value or a full refund, provided the item is returned within 7 days of purchase. In situations like this, the item has to be returned in its original state with unbroken seal. Items returned after 7 days but before 30 days fulfilling the conditions stated, would be accepted but subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If you receive a wrong purchase of order, or if item(s) purchased is/are missing from your delivery package, kindly call our Sales team immediately for redress, clarification and rectification and a correct order will be re-delivered to you the same day. 

If the item of purchase you receive is defective, it will be collected and sent off for diagnosis. The item would either be professionally repaired or replaced. Our Sales team will organize the process of collection and replacement for your defective item.
